Love this local gem! We drive out of our way to go here for amazing tacos. Pure and simple. This is not Americanized Mexican food dripping in tons of sauces and garnish. This is the real deal. Simple place where all the locals come. The servers are so friendly and nice. Service is quick. Best Al pastor tacos I've ever had!!! YUM

I was looking for some Mexican food in Coachella and found Jalisco, and it was a good experience! From the moment I walked in, I noticed how much people were there! So i assumed it was going to be great! The staff was friendly and attentive. The food was really good. And met our expectations. Definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our meal very much. Wet Burrito was delicious. The salsa and hot sauce were good too. We wanted something more made from scratch and Jalisco delivered. Nice family service. Lots of locals dining so you know it is good.

During our training, I stopped at this restaurant for lunch. The first time I had a torta and then the next day I had tacos. Both were excellent. The service was great and it’s always a packed house at lunchtime so get there a little bit early. Prices are extremely reasonable as well.

Tried the tostada, tacos, and my friend had the torta. Very good food. Loved my tostada, but it is definitely not date night food. So messy. But, as I said, very good.
